Family's Blogs, and
Friend's Blogs. I SWEAR to you that I typed those up with an apostrophe, and what does it look like now? Quotation marks! It morphed into this after a few weeks, and I'm so bugged!

Definitely possessed. Very strange.
It has to do with the HTML. Apostrophes don't play nice with the code and when you change your theme and Blogger has to render the new page, they change to quotes.
No ghosts here... sorry to disappoint.
Mine does that too! I thought I was just going completely crazy!
