I updated my phone, and all my contacts have been erased. Somehow, I can't retrieve my backed up files. Awesomeness.

Also, every appointment in my calendar is gone, and since I'm not a genius and didn't immediately update my schedule in the salon computer, I'm unsure of when all my appointments are in the near future.
